How listings and sponsorships work
Listings
Every clinic can have a free basic listing. We load basic details and mark them as unconfirmed until the clinic reviews them.
Order
The main list uses a neutral order that rotates daily. Payment does not change a clinic's position in it.
Paid features
Clinics can pay for an upgraded profile with more information. Some upgrades are provided free. An upgraded profile is not an endorsement.
Sponsored placements
Some procedure pages may show paid placements at the top. They are always labeled “Sponsored” and kept separate from the main list.
Profile information score
This shows how much information a clinic has provided, using fields every clinic can complete for free. It is not a rating of care.
Verified credentials
This badge means we reviewed the license or certification documents a clinic submitted. It is never tied to payment, and it is not a rating of care.
What we don't do
We don't publish rankings, “best clinic” lists or medical claims. Details on each listing come from the clinic or are marked as unconfirmed.
